Keep opportunities moving.
Connect inquiries, customer records and follow-up. Give your team useful context and a clear next action.
You know the business. I handle the technology. Together, we find the work AI can take off your plate, build the systems, and help your team use them.
An inquiry lands in your inbox. Someone copies it into the CRM. Follow-up depends on who remembers.
Illustrative design. Your tools, permissions and workflow determine the final implementation.
AI earns its place when it solves a real operational problem. We start with yours.
Connect inquiries, customer records and follow-up. Give your team useful context and a clear next action.
Turn repeatable admin into a dependable workflow, with checkpoints wherever a person needs to make the decision.
Make your procedures and business knowledge easier to find. Train the team on systems built around their actual work.
Use your own estimates. This is the labor value of the time entered, before any implementation or software costs.
Weekly hours × hourly labor cost × 4.33 weeks. Recovered capacity becomes cash savings only if it changes spending.
Buy clarity first. Decide what to implement once you know the value, cost and effort.
A practical review of your tools and operations, with a plan you can actually act on.
Delivered within 5 business days after the working session and receipt of agreed materials.
A focused build that connects to your business and gets your team working with it.
Usually 2–4 weeks, subject to scope and access. 50% to start; 50% on agreed acceptance.
A continuing technical partner for the systems your business is already using.
Month-to-month. New builds quoted separately. No unlimited support or 24/7 coverage.
Third-party software and usage fees are separate and approved before setup. You own your business accounts. Each implementation has its own agreed scope; the Action Plan fee is separate.
The Workflow Diagnostic — $495 reviews one repeatable task in a 45-minute working session. You get a short written recommendation within 2 business days. The fee is credited toward an Action Plan purchased within 30 days.
Pick the Action Plan or one-workflow Diagnostic. Review the scope before paying.
Bring the owner and the person doing the task. We examine the friction in the tools you already use.
You get a written recommendation and an implementation proposal. Move forward when it makes business sense.
I implement the agreed scope, test it with your team and make sure someone knows how to run it.
I work at the intersection of business operations and technology. My experience includes helping operators in multimillion-dollar businesses understand and adopt new tools, even when technical confidence or budget is limited.
Today, I’m building intelligent software systems at Aion. I bring that same hands-on approach to your business: understand the work, choose the right tools, build the solution and help people use it.
You work directly with me from the first session through implementation. Local in Tucson, or remotely with your team.
Yes. Start with a task you understand: following up on inquiries, preparing documents, finding procedures or producing reports. We assess where AI helps, where ordinary automation is enough and what your team can maintain.
Owner-led service businesses with repeatable administrative work, inquiries or customer follow-up. Home services, automotive service, professional services and small multi-location operators are good starting points. You need an owner or manager who can make decisions and a team member who knows the workflow.
Usually the first question is what we can improve within your current tools. Any new software, subscription cost or migration is discussed before implementation. If the current system cannot support a reliable connection, the plan explains the alternatives.
Absolutely. The written findings, roadmap and implementation scope are useful on their own. You can execute internally or choose an implementation partner. There is no obligation to continue.
That depends on the agreed design. Initial workflows can prepare drafts and recommendations for team approval. Actions, permissions and exception handling are defined before anything goes live.
We agree what information is needed and which tools may receive it. Use sample or redacted materials for the initial review. Access, retention and vendor settings are part of the implementation plan; sensitive information is not requested through this form.
You still receive an assessment and a recommendation. That may be a simpler automation, a change to the current software or a process improvement. The goal is to improve the operation, not add another subscription.
